Commercial Account Setup & Activation FAQs

Our Peloton for Business customers may unintentionally activate a consumer membership instead of their prepaid commercial membership, providing a suboptimal experience for you and your exercisers. To ensure you are using your Commercial prepaid membership, you’ll want to reference here. It is important to note that you should only be using an activation key when setting up your subscription.
Below are example images of a consumer subscription being used. If you set up a consumer subscription, please contact Commercial Support to get this corrected.
If you are prompted to enter your credit card, this is a strong indication that a consumer membership is being activated. Commercial subscriptions are prepaid and DO NOT require credit card information. You could also be using an email that is not associated with a commercial prepaid subscription, in which case you should stop, find the correct email for the prepaid subscription, and use that, or contact Commercial Support at 855.662.7365
You might try connecting to a hotspot, and then activating. Sometimes this resolves issues related to network connectivity. However, you must then go into Device Settings and connect to your appropriate network, and disconnect from the hotspot.
Activation Keys are sent to the purchaser. We highly recommend purchasers to keep track of assigned keys. This is a helpful way to keep information organized and other employees aware. Remember that activation keys are device-specific, so it’s one per Bike or Row. Do not use the same activation key for each piece of equipment. If you cannot find your activation key, please contact our Commercial Support team at 855 662 7365.
This error message may arise when a consumer subscription was being used and the consumer logged their subscription out. Please activate your bike with your credentials including your activation key by pressing the Use Activation Key red text. Please contact our commercial support team who can look it up for you at 855-662-7356.
Commercial Account Creation, Email Change & Password Reset FAQs
Existing Peloton members will use the "Log In" option on your commercial device. New customers can select "Create Free Account," which will guide them through the process of establishing a free account, to access our Peloton content. Your exercisers workout with a free account and will not have to pay in order to use your equipment.

All Bike, Bike+, Tread, or Row purchases automatically have a Peloton Account created for them under the email used at checkout. To set up your password, click here and enter the email that you used to purchase your product. Note: If you are not the purchaser and cannot access the email, please contact our commercial support team for assistance at 855-662-7356.
Please do this prior to delivery as it can take up to 2 hours for the password reset email to be generated.
You will need to go through the forgot password flow on our website after purchase in order to create an account.
Once you have set a password, you are complete and are ready to receive your Peloton equipment.
Please note: If you log in on the web using the credentials created on the web, you will be prompted to enter a birthday. For our commercial customers, please ensure the birthday entered reflects an age of at least 18 years.
To change the email associated with your commercial subscription, you’ll need the current email address and password to which the account is registered. Log into your account at members.onepeloton.com/ preferences/profile-info, navigate to the Email field on the Profile Info page, enter the new email and click Save Changes.
Assembly & Care FAQs
No, delivery and setup are included in our services. Please ensure that the equipment is fully set up by the delivery team or an authorized Commercial Distributor before signing off. Contact Commercial Support if your equipment was not assembled.
